Benjie is specifically experienced with zoning regulation interpretation and adept at value engineering to maximize system size, efficiency, and return on investment. He is a licensed Construction Supervisor (aka GENERAL CONTRACTOR) in Massachusetts and Rhode Island with OSHA certification and develops operational procedures and quality and safety standards for every project along with technical direction and support to installation teams throughout project development.

Mark is a Licensed PE with a background in mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.  Throughout his career, he has design engineered and permitted systems for wastewater, nuclear, and solar energy. Mark designs CSG’s electrical one-line solar PV system diagrams, site plans, and other engineering documents required of the connecting electrical utility.  He is licensed in the states of Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia, and has an engineering degree with a concentration in Renewable Energy from Penn State University.

Shelim has spent several years working in the financial and renewable energy industries including experience developing strategic alliances and influential partnerships for the development of sustainable energy projects in developing and emerging markets throughout the world. He has developed strong external relationships with key stakeholders throughout the supply and development chain including equity partners, senior debt providers and export credit agencies. His expertise lies in developing viable renewable energy opportunities in the areas of new market and strategic business development, team management, PR, policy reform, marketing, contract negotiation, financial analysis, legal and technical oversight, and developing best business practices. His experience spans various renewable energy technologies including hydrogen, solar, wind, hydro, geothermal and biomass.
