A licensed Construction Supervisor (General Contractor) in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Benjie also holds OSHA certification and develops operational procedures, quality and safety standards, and technical guidance for installation teams throughout project development.

Richelle plays a critical role in streamlining operations, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality solar solutions to businesses.

Mark is a Licensed PE with a background in mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering. Throughout his career, he has design engineered and permitted systems for wastewater, nuclear, and solar energy. Mark designs CSG’s electrical one-line solar PV system diagrams, site plans, and other engineering documents required of the connecting electrical utility. He is licensed in the states of Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia, and has an engineering degree with a concentration in Renewable Energy from Penn State University.

Craig leads commercial solar sales efforts at CommercialSolarGuy, working with businesses and financial leaders to develop cost-saving renewable energy solutions. With a background in SaaS sales and business development, he brings a results-driven approach to helping clients navigate the financial and technical aspects of solar adoption. Craig plays a key role in expanding CSG’s presence in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, focusing on areas with high electricity costs where solar provides significant long-term savings. He works closely with clients and project partners to ensure a smooth transition to solar while helping businesses take advantage of emerging energy policies and incentives.

At CSG Developers LLC, John supports the team by securing resources, guiding project execution, and focusing on commercial rooftop solar power systems in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. John’s extensive experience as a solar consultant makes him a key player in shaping the future of solar energy adoption.
